2. Locksmith service requests
KL Lock Pros LLC provides locksmith services directly to customers whose requested work and location can be accepted. A call, message, or form submission is a request for discussion; it does not guarantee acceptance, availability, an arrival time, a price, completion, or a particular result. Service details must be confirmed directly before work begins.
3. Contact authorization
By submitting a request, you authorize KL Lock Pros LLC to contact you about it at the phone number or email address provided, including by call, text message, or email as appropriate. Message and data rates may apply. You represent that the contact information belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it.
4. Authorized and lawful requests
You may request locksmith service only for property, vehicles, locks, or access systems you own or are authorized to access or manage. You agree to provide accurate information and, when requested, identification or proof of authority. You may not use the site or services to facilitate trespass, theft, fraud, harassment, unauthorized entry, or any illegal act.
5. Emergencies and safety
KL Lock Pros LLC is not an emergency-response agency. Do not rely on this site when a person or animal is in immediate danger, a crime is underway, fire or medical assistance is needed, or another life-safety emergency exists. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service. Do not attempt unsafe entry or remain in a dangerous location while waiting for contact.
6. Scope, estimates, and payment
Service scope and estimates depend on job-specific information, including the lock, key, vehicle, door, hardware, parts, access conditions, and location. Confirm the work, estimate, payment expectations, and any written warranty before authorizing service. Website descriptions are general information and are not a binding quote.

You may not interfere with site operation, submit false or automated requests, scrape or copy content at scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, evade security controls, or use information obtained through the site for an unrelated or illegal purpose.
